Parts of North America will soon face a rare event. An eclipse will be visible in Mexico, the United States and Canada on April 8, and the path of totality will hit a number of cities along the way. If you don’t want to miss the event, Google TV offers users a way to experience the total eclipse from the comfort of their home.

Starting April 7 and running through April 8, Google says it will feature a collection of content on Google TV to celebrate the eclipse. Meanwhile, Google TV will broadcast a selection of free ad-supported (FAST) local and national channels covering the moment.

For those who don’t want to miss anything, the channels will appear in the For You tab. They will also be displayed with a personalized eclipse-themed title card, an example of which you can see below.

Even for those who live in an area outside the path of totality, millions of people will still be able to experience a partial eclipse since it covers the majority of North America.
