Tesla announces another major recall, one month after recalling thousands of Cybertrucks.

Today, Elon Musk’s company is recalling 125,227 vehicles over a faulty seat belt warning that Reuters says could increase the risk of injury if collusion occurs.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration said the vehicles did not meet federal safety requirements because warnings may not activate when a driver is not being beaten in the vehicles.

Affected vehicles are 2012-2024 Model S, 2015-2024 Model X, 2017-2023 Model 3, and 2020-2023 Model Y. Tesla will change the sensor and launch an over-the-air update in June.

In January, Tesla also recalled 200,000 Model X, X and Y vehicles due to a camera bug, but released a free software update to fix the problem.
