UPDATE: June. 4, 2024, 12:57 GMT OpenAI resolved the incident at 4:45 a.m. PT. All ChatGPT systems are now operational.
ChatGPT seems to be having some difficulties today.
OpenAI’s popular AI tool is currently unavailable to some users, with the issue having been identified and a fix in progress, according to the company’s status page.

Down detectora site that tracks website downtime, shows an increase in user reports early Tuesday morning (disclosure: Down Detector is owned by Mashable’s parent company, Ziff Davis).

OpenAI did not reveal the nature of the problem. The last update, at 2 a.m., reads: “We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.”
The first update, acknowledging an issue that OpenAI had begun to investigate, was released at 12:21 a.m. PT.
