Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds argued on the set of Red notice, as detailed in two new reports. Released on Netflix in 2021, the action comedy follows an FBI agent who apprehensively teams up with a well-known art thief in order to apprehend an even more infamous thief, leading to a series of double-crosses. Dwayne Johnson, Ryan Reynolds and Gal Gadot lead the Red notice casting, but despite its big stars and $200 million budget, the film was slammed by critics for its garish action.


Today, more than two years after its publication, two new reports from The wrap And TMZ claim Dwayne Johnson and Ryan Reynolds had an argument on the set of Red notice. Reynolds was extremely upset after waiting for Johnson for five hours, which led to a “huge fight” between them, and the latter left the set in anger. The two stars didn’t speak for years until they recently reconciled, according to insiders.
