But for its next film, Pixar returns to the world of one of its biggest hits: 2015’s Inside Out.

Inside Out 2 release date
An early summer release has been confirmed for this one, with the film arriving in cinemas worldwide on Friday June 14, 2024.
That’s almost exactly nine years after the original Inside Out film debuted, and Pixar is no doubt hoping that nearly a decade after the follow-up can replicate the success of the first film both critically and commercially.
Plot Inside Out 2
The film will once again take place primarily in the head of protagonist Riley, now a teenager and struggling with previously unknown emotions. – which, of course, means lots of new characters.
The official synopsis reads: “Inside Out 2 returns to the mind of new teenager Riley just as the headquarters undergoes a sudden demolition to make way for something totally unexpected: new emotions!
“Joy, sadness, anger, fear and disgust, who have been running a successful operation in all respects for a long time, don’t really know how to feel when anxiety appears. And it seems that she doesn’t Is not alone.”
Inside Out 2 cast: who is returning?
A number of familiar names are returning from the first film, with Amy Poehler once again providing the voice of Joy and Phyllis Smith and Lewis Black back under the name Sadness and Anger respectively.
However, Mindy Kaling and Bill Hader – who previously voiced Disgust and Fear – are not reprising their roles, allegedly due to an issue. dispute over remuneration. These parts will rather be expressed by Liza Lapira and Tony Hale.
